This policy describes cookies and similar technologies that may be used on the site. Last reviewed: 31 July 2026.
What cookies are
Cookies are small data files stored by a browser. Similar technologies include local storage and device identifiers. They can support basic operation, security, preferences, measurement and advertising.
Categories that may be used
- Strictly necessary and security: support delivery, abuse prevention, consent records and essential operation.
- Preferences: remember choices where a feature requires them.
- Measurement: help understand traffic, performance and advertising effectiveness.
- Advertising: may deliver, limit, measure or personalise ads, depending on region and consent.
Google advertising
Google AdSense and advertising partners may set or read cookies and similar identifiers. Their use depends on applicable law, your consent choices, browser settings and Google’s policies.
Consent management
Where a consent message is available, use its settings to manage eligible purposes and vendors. Rejecting optional processing should not prevent access to the educational articles, though advertising may be less relevant or operate differently.
Browser controls
Most browsers allow cookies to be viewed, blocked or deleted. Blocking all cookies may interfere with consent records, embedded services or other features. Private browsing and content blockers can also change site behaviour.
Browser-only tools
The three planning tools use page JavaScript to calculate results. They are not designed to transmit worksheet entries or create a server-side account. Closing or reloading a page normally clears unsaved entries.
Changes
Cookie practices can change when service providers or site features change. Review this page and the privacy policy periodically.
